For the second project I want to select the Alkek library. It's located right in the middle of Texas State University. Alkek serves many people, most importantly the students of Texas State that range from incoming freshman to seniors ready to graduate. Board of Regents approved the naming of the Texas State University Library building to honor Albert B. Alkek. Who had a long history of support for higher education across the state. The Alkek library mission is to help out students succeed by providing high quality library services in many formats.
